Rooms
All rooms and ensuites have been stylishly refurbished to a high standard. You can see either the Brecon Beacons, Gilwern Hill and Cambrian Mountains from every room.
Each room has flat screen TV, hospitality trays, comfy chairs, original fireplaces and some have a desk and chair. Family rooms can accommodate up to five people, two adults and two to three children. We can offer cots, baby foods, hot milk and hot chocolate and toys – all the little things that make travelling with children easier.
The bays offer extra large spacious rooms with luxury walk-in showers and are built to the highest standard with large glass showers, small step in, mosaic tiling and elegant Victorian styling.
Breakfast

No buffet here ! Everything is cooked fresh to order just how you like it. With our locally supplied meat and eggs for a traditional breakfast, we can also offer a full range of lighter breakfast options including high protein museli, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, blueberry pancakes, mackerel, kippers, or avocado & poached eggs on a choice of breads toasted. A range of cereals, fresh fruit and yogurts and hot and cold drinks all come as standard. We cater for children with a choice of cereals, yogurts and of course our waffles with maple syrup are a big hit. We can offer baby organic food for your convenience.
There is a fridge available for guest use and continental breakfast is available anytime for our early bird guests such as our cyclists, rally drivers and Welsh2Day riders.
Dinner
We offer dinner with pre-ordering please as all meals are freshly prepared using local and free range produce and whilst our menu includes favourites such as lamb tagine, supreme of pork tenderloin and chicken in plum sauce we don’t forget to include the popular homemade burgers, Welsh sirloin steak and steak & ale pie.

Cancellation policy
For cancellations of your booking more than 7 days before the scheduled check-in time on the date of arrival, a full refund of the amount paid will be processed to your credit or debit card within 10 working days. For cancellations of your booking within 7 days of the scheduled check-in time on the date of arrival, a charge equivalent to 50% of the total booking price (including any supplements selected by you) will be levied. For cancellations of your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time on the date of arrival, a charge equivalent to the total booking price that includes any supplements selected by you will be levied.
To make a cancellation You must call us on +44 (0)1597 825151 and quote Your reservation number, name and check-in date and have details of Your credit or debit card available.
Amendments
To amend Your Booking, call us on +44 (0)1597 825151. If you amend Your Booking within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time on the date of arrival, and as a result You cancel any room night with less than 48 hours notice a charge equivalent to the total price (including any supplements selected by you) for that room night may be levied. We can offer you the best price when you book direct with us and we will always work with you to try and ensure that with any changes to your booking, it will be resolved to your complete satisfaction
