Meetings & Classes
We have recently converted our Wye Room into a gym for guest enjoyment so we no longer have that room available. We do have a lovely dining room, the Usk room available for hire for meetings or classes. The guest lounge, Teifi room also offers a relaxed and friendly option for smaller meetings. Terms
Final numbers attending should be notified one week before the date reserved or as soon as possible if booking is made within one week period. All invoices must be settled within 30 days of invoice date.
Cancellation terms
Written cancellation must be received at Highland Moors two weeks prior to the date. Rooms cancelled within two weeks will be subject to 50% of the room hire fee. Rooms cancelled within 48 hours will be subject to full room hire and catering costs.
